随着现代企业不断深化,“科教兴国”、“全面提高劳动者素质”已不是一句口号。尤其身在市场竞争一线的煤炭企业更感不断“充电”、提高自我素质,保证企业在竞争中立于不败之地重要性。为了提高自身综合竞争力,只有致力于“创建学习型企业”建设,才能更好地适应改革开放新形势和科学技术新发展需要,由此可见加强煤炭企业员工培训就显得尤为重要了。
With the continuous deepening of modern enterprises, “rejuvenating the country through science and education” and “improving the quality of workers in an all-round way” are no longer a slogan. Especially in the market competition in the front line of coal enterprises feel more “charge ”, improve self-quality, to ensure that enterprises compete in the invincible importance.
