研究成功一种制取Nb_3Sn带的新的扩散方法。把Nb基带复上含Sn30~50w/0的Cu-Sn,在650-750℃的较低温度扩散处理。可以得到致密而均匀的Nb_3Sn层。用这种带绕制的10万高斯磁体总平均电流密度约2×10~4安/厘米~2。带中Cu-Nb_3Sn界面清洁平滑。带的复绕性好,弯曲直径可以小到1.6厘米。这种扩散工艺易于控制并适于大规模生产。
A new diffusion method for preparing Nb_3Sn tape was successfully studied. Nb base complex with Cu-Sn containing Sn30 ~ 50w / 0, diffusion treatment at a lower temperature of 650-750 ℃. A dense and uniform Nb 3 Sn layer can be obtained. The average current density of a 100,000-gauss magnet wound with this tape is about 2 × 10 4 A / cm 2. Cu-Nb_3Sn interface with clean and smooth interface. Rewinding zone with good bending diameter can be as small as 1.6 cm. This diffusion process is easy to control and suitable for mass production.
