采用差示扫描量热法(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)分别测定了在75℃条件下老化了7、50 d的SZQu推进剂与缩醛漆、丁腈橡胶、聚硫橡胶、纸垫、隔热层等接触材料的外相容性,利用傅里叶红外光谱分析仪进一步测试了外相容性较差体系中的SZQu推进剂性能。根据傅里叶红外光谱中SZQu推进剂的基团变化,确定了接触材料是否对SZQu推进剂性能产生影响。结果表明:根据DSC曲线和评价相容性的标准,SZQu推进剂与丁腈橡胶、聚硫橡胶的外相容性较差,评定为轻微敏感;SZQu推进剂与缩醛漆、纸垫、隔热层的外相容性良好;结合傅里叶红外光谱曲线,进一步判断出聚硫橡胶对SZQu推进剂性能有较大影响,丁腈橡胶对SZQu推进剂性能影响不大。

The external compatibility of the thermal layer is good. Combined with the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy curve, it is further determined that the polysulfide rubber has a significant effect on the performance of the SZQu propellants. The nitrile rubber has little effect on the performance of the SZQu propellants.
