斜拉索索体与锚具结合部位是斜拉索防腐蚀的薄弱环节,这一区间密封困难,容易造成腐蚀。针对桥梁锚固点热镀防腐涂层大气腐蚀的形式和特点,分析桥梁大气腐蚀的环境,结合我国大气环境状况及相关数据,采取对比实验的方法,制作足尺试验模型,比较镍和锌的防腐效果。针对斜拉索锚固点的自然腐蚀较慢的特点,为了在较短时间内获得期望的试验效果,采用加速腐蚀的方法,利用金相分析结果系统全面地研究钢锚固点热镀防腐涂层的失效模式,分析涂层在大气环境下的失效机理。
Cable-stayed cable body and anchorage parts is the weak link of anti-corrosion of stay cables, which is difficult to seal in this interval and is easy to cause corrosion. According to the form and characteristics of atmosphere corrosion of hot-dip anti-corrosive coating at anchorage point of bridge, the environment of bridge atmospheric corrosion is analyzed. Based on the atmospheric environment of our country and relevant data, a full-scale test model is made to compare the corrosion prevention of nickel and zinc effect. Aiming at the slow natural corrosion of anchorage point of stay cable, in order to obtain the desired test effect in a short period of time, accelerated corrosion method is used to systematically study the corrosion resistance of steel anchorage point Failure mode, analysis of coating failure mechanism in the atmosphere.
