目的:用外周血代替骨髓进行异基因造血干细胞移植治疗急性白血病。方法:采用G-CSF动员与患者配型相合供者的外周血造血干细胞(PBSC),用血细胞分离机采集PBSC后,对2例急性白血病患者进行移植。结果:移植后2例患者的造血功能恢复迅速,白细胞计数>l.0×l0 ̄9/L。时间分别为+l4d和+15d,血小板计数>20×10 ̄9/L。时间分别为+9和+8d。染色体分析或ABO血型检测证实均为供者型。结论:异基因外周血造血干细胞移植作为一种新的造血干细胞移植方法可以部分取代异基因骨髓移植。
Objective: To use peripheral blood instead of bone marrow for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for acute leukemia. METHODS: G-CSF was used to mobilize peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells (PBSCs) that were matched with the patient’s matched donors. After PBSC was collected with a blood cell separator, two patients with acute leukemia were transplanted. RESULTS: Hematopoietic function was rapidly restored in 2 patients after transplantation, and the leukocyte count was > 1. 0xl0 ~ 9/L. The time was +14d and +15d, platelet count was >20x10 ~ 9/L. The time is +9 and +8d, respectively. Chromosome analysis or ABO blood type test confirmed that all donors. Conclusion: Allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation can be partially replaced by allogeneic bone marrow transplantation as a new hematopoietic stem cell transplantation method.
