为了研究C40早龄期钢筋混凝土偏压柱静力性能,对5根不同龄期(1,3,7,28,90d)时C40钢筋混凝土偏压柱进行了单调静力加载试验。主要研究了不同龄期时C40钢筋混凝土偏压柱的承载能力、破坏形态、变形特性、钢筋与混凝土共同工作性能。研究结果表明:混凝土早龄期(7d前)对试件的承载能力、破坏特征、变形特征、钢筋与混凝土共同工作性能有不同影响,并与混凝土在各种性能指标中的参与程度密切相关;极限承载力随龄期增长呈非线性增长,前7d增长较快,7d后增速变缓;对于破坏形态、变形特性,3d以前试件差异较大,3d以后试件与28d试件相似;钢筋与混凝土共同工作性能在3d龄期前较差,3d龄期以后二者共同工作性能增强,混凝土与钢筋间粘结强度较大,变形能力趋于一致。
In order to study the static behavior of C40 prestressed RC columns, monostatic static loading tests were carried out on C40 reinforced concrete columns at 5 different ages (1, 3, 7, 28, 90 days). Mainly studied the bearing capacity, failure mode and deformation characteristics of C40 reinforced concrete columns at different ages, and the common performance between steel bars and concrete. The results show that: the early age of concrete (before 7d) has different effects on the bearing capacity, failure characteristics, deformation characteristics and the workability of steel bars and concrete, and is closely related to the concrete participation in various performance indexes; The ultimate bearing capacity increased non-linearly with age, and it increased rapidly in the first 7 days and then slowed down after 7 days. For the failure morphology and deformation characteristics, the specimens before 3 days were quite different. The specimens after 3 days were similar to that of 28 days. The common performance of steel bar and concrete was poor before the 3d age. After 3d age, the joint performance between the steel bar and the steel bar increased, and the bond strength between the concrete and steel bar became larger and the deformation ability tended to be the same.
