作者采用扫描电镜对二例生前无呼吸道系统疾病的成人鼻腔粘膜进行了全面积的序列性观察,得出了如下结果:1.自中鼻甲上缘以上的鼻粘膜表面无纤毛生长,均为光滑的上皮。这部分约占鼻腔总面积的1/3~1/4。2.自中鼻甲以下的鼻腔粘膜表面均有纤毛生长,约占鼻腔总面积的2/3~3/4。鼻阀区无纤毛生长。3.鼻腔内纤毛的长度和密度不一致,在鼻底和下鼻道的纤毛排列紧密,纤毛长度为6~7μ,看不到非纤毛细胞。下鼻甲及中鼻道的纤毛排列分散,被一些非纤毛细胞分隔,这些非纤毛细胞属分泌型细胞,如杯状细胞。纤毛细胞与非纤毛细咆的比例约为2∶1~1∶1,纤毛长度为4~5μ。中鼻甲及中鼻甲上缘表面的纤
