甲硝唑片临床上广泛用于抗滴虫及抗厌氧菌。其质量标准收载于《中国药典》1995年版,作为溶出度检查,本版药典未有收载。因为甲硝唑微溶于水,为了考察其溶出情况,参考中国药典含量测定方法,以盐酸溶液(9→1000)为溶剂,进行了溶出度考察,结果如下: 一、仪器与试药 UV-2201紫外分光光度计,美国Hanson—72RS型溶出度仪。盐酸(分析纯)、甲硝唑片(市售品),规格:0.2g。
