在中国经济社会加速转型、东西方文化交融,各种管理模式面对新挑战背景下,我们提出了中国式人力资源管理。中国式人力资源管理是以中国传统管理智慧为统领,有效借助当今科学管理技术解决人力资源管理问题的管理模式。中国式人力资源管理以“形、理、情、神”四个要素为切入点和抓手,把实现“形同、明理、融情、凝神”四重管理境界作为中国式人力资源管理的核心目标,把“行为规范—理性提升—激情培育—精神升华”作为中国式人力资源管理的基本路径。
