针对抽象的机械加工设计意图难以直接用于检索工艺知识,以及在应用中难以描述的特性,在论述加工意图的组成要素的基础上,提出了加工意图多粒度结构化描述方法。通过对加工意图属性域的描述以及结合二维流形的结构化加工拓扑描述,建立了多粒度加工意图在加工过程演变中的描述模型。最后以实例验证,表明多粒度加工意图建模方法的有效性与实用性。
In view of the abstract intention of mechanical design, it is difficult to directly apply it to search process knowledge and the characteristics that are difficult to describe in the application. Based on the discussion of the components of machining intent, a multi-granularity structured description method of machining intension is proposed. Based on the description of the domain of machining intension and the description of the structure machining topology combined with two-dimensional manifold, a description model of multi-granularity processing intention in the evolution of machining process is established. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the multi-granularity processing intention modeling method.
