采用三维有限元模型研究了热障涂层内部横向裂纹扩展位置对涂层表面温度场的影响。结果表明,裂纹上方温度升高区域的形状取决于裂纹的形状;横向裂纹到涂层界面距离增加,陶瓷层表面最高温度以指数形式增加,且最高温度区域的面积变大。当横向裂纹向涂层表面移动时,裂纹上方陶瓷层发生相变和烧结的趋势增加,相变和烧结的面积也增大。
The influence of the location of transverse crack propagation in the thermal barrier coating on the surface temperature field of the coating was investigated using the three-dimensional finite element model. The results show that the shape of the region where the temperature rises above the crack depends on the shape of the crack. The distance from the transverse crack to the coating interface increases, the maximum temperature of the ceramic layer increases exponentially, and the area of the highest temperature region becomes larger. When the transverse crack moves toward the coating surface, the tendency of the ceramic layer above the crack to undergo phase transformation and sintering increases, and the area of phase transformation and sintering also increases.
