目的:研究高良姜所含挥发油、桉叶素、高良姜醇提物及花椒油、细辛油等对5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)的促渗作用。方法:采用体外透皮双室扩散池和HPLC法,考察不同浓度的高良姜油、桉叶素、高良姜醇提物及花椒油、细辛油对5-氟脲嘧啶透皮吸收的影响,并与氮酮进行比较。结果:l%、3%高良姜油、2%桉叶素及高良姜醇提物具有极强的促渗作用,与氮酮相比,高良姜油的作用略强于氮酮,花椒油的促渗作用与氮酮相当。结论:高良姜油、桉叶素及花椒油等对5-氟脲嘧啶具很强的促渗作用,值得进一步研究开发。
Objective: To study the effect of galangal on the penetration of 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) by volatile oil, cineole, galangal alcohol extract, and zanthoxylum oil and Asarum oil. METHODS: The effects of different concentrations of galanga oil, cineole, galangal alcohol extract, zanthoxylum oil, and asarum oil on the transdermal absorption of 5-fluorouracil were investigated by in vitro transdermal double-chamber diffusion cell and HPLC. And compared with azone. RESULTS: 1%, 3% Galangal oil, 2% cineole and galangal alcohol extract had a very strong penetration promoting effect. Compared with Azone, Galangal oil was slightly stronger than Azone and Zanthoxylum The penetration promoting effect is equivalent to azone. Conclusion: Galangin oil, eucalyptus, and zanthoxylum oil have a strong effect on the promotion of 5-fluorouracil, which deserves further research and development.
