In order to promote the reform of the power construction supervision team, standardize the supervision behavior, and improve the level of project supervision, the State Power Corporation organized a power engineering construction supervision work conference. The meeting summarized and exchanged experience in power engineering construction supervision work; it clarified the thinking of the power engineering construction supervision work of the State Power Company; discussed the reform and development direction of the power engineering supervision team under the new situation; awarded the “Power Engineering Construction Supervision” “Administrative Measures” and “Adjustment Methods for Supervision Fees for Electric Power Construction Projects and Management Fees for Project Legal Persons”; Zhou Dabing, deputy general manager made an important speech. In order to promote the standardized management of electric power construction projects, the supervision company will truly move toward the market and realize “four self-divided bodies”.
