本文从精益生产(Lean Production)与ERP的关系出发,研究了两者在服装企业中的结合应用。全文分析两者之间关系以及冲突矛盾;配合精益生产的要求,服装企业ERP解决方案必须结合企业的特点,做好实施工作,最终达到两者之间的有效平衡。本文分析结果表明不管如何实施精益生产功能,ERP供应商现在必须解决真正的车间需要,配合开发相应的模块软件包。服装企业选取合适的解决方案,并正确地加以实施,是至关重要的。
Based on the relationship between Lean Production and ERP, this paper studies the combination of the two in garment enterprises. The full text analysis of the relationship between the two conflicts and conflict; with the requirements of lean production, garment enterprises ERP solutions must be combined with the characteristics of enterprises, to implement the work, and ultimately to achieve an effective balance between the two. The results of this paper show that no matter how lean manufacturing is implemented, ERP vendors must now address the real shop needs and work with the development of the appropriate module packages. Apparel companies choose the right solution, and correctly implemented, is crucial.
