目的;观察肩关节松动术配合体外冲击波治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年2月~2017年1月在我科治疗的32例符合条件的患者进行治疗,治疗结束后对治疗结果进行疗效分析;结果:所选取的患者经过肩关节松动术配合体外冲击波治疗后:治愈率78.13%,总有效率100%;结论:肩关节松动术配合体外冲击波治疗肩周炎有效率高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of shoulder loosening combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of frozen shoulder. Methods: Thirty-two eligible patients treated in our department from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected for treatment. After treatment, the curative effect of treatment was analyzed. Results: The selected patients were treated with shoulder loosening combined with extracorporeal shock wave After treatment: the cure rate was 78.13%, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Shoulder joint loosening combined with extracorporeal shock wave treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder is effective and worthy of clinical application.
