The Japanese started in 1986 to focus on vegetable seedling grafting robot research. In 1993, a sample was developed and tested on the test site. The product was officially introduced to the market in summer 1994 and is suitable for grafting of melon and eggplant vegetable seedlings. Grafting by hand, per person per hour can only graft about 100; and the robot only two for seedlings. 750 to 800 grafts per hour can be grafted, the rate of grafting is more than three times of that of grafting,
