Based on the research of juvenile athletes who have got anklebone injuries in the amateur sports schools in Wenzhou city and its countries, the author finds out that the most significant cases of injuries occurred are in the athletics events, which took up 153 cases among 354 cases in all. The study also noted the sprain injuries are the most likely occurred cases, meanwhile, the training field are responsible for most of the sprain injuries. As for other reasons leading to the injuries, March, April, May, September and October are months injuries occurred frequently. The author specially indicated that juvenile athletes aged between 12 to 14 and 16 to 17 are most likely to get injury, which usually involved their training for 2 to 6 years. The author in the end stressed the main cause of injuries are due to irrational arrangement of training, and coaches should pay close attention to the prevention of injuries.
