目前关于教师评价的问题已经受到了多方关注,例如以学生分数的高低判定教师的教育成就、以发表文章的多少评价教师教育成果大小等方式已遭到了多方的质疑或批判,甚至在制度的层面也开始有了松动的迹象,而一些新的、更加有利与教师自身发展、有利于展现教师教学成果的评价方式正在一些学校得到试行。北京十一学校在教师评价方面所作的一些尝试就取得了一定的成效,其中很多方法极具人性化,对于突破以“分”论“功”的评价方式,具有很高的参考价值,为目前的学校管理提供了借鉴。
