Graves病（GD）是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病。目前口服抗甲状腺药疗效可靠、价廉，但复发率较高，尤其是青年女性患者。作者试用抗甲状腺药物联合糖皮质激素治疗青年女性Graves病54例，疗效良好，未出现明显糖皮质激素副作用，现分析报告如下。
