文化强国战略下,中国文化产业发展进入前所未有的战略机遇期。同时,改革开放以及文化体制改革以来,文化产业各领域已累积形成一定的产业规模,文化产业对国民经济建设和社会文化发展的贡献作用日益凸显。然而,由于国内外经济环境和消费市场面临的种种问题,中国文化产业亦正经历着发展过程中的瓶颈期。文化产业在文化强国战略中具有十分重要的地位和作用,提升中国文化产业总体质量是实现文化强国战略的核心支撑。
