作为一名小学语文教师,经常听到这样的抱怨:现在的孩子学习积极性真差,他们没有学习兴趣,学习效率低下。其实这和我们教师的教学有着很大的关系,因为我们教学观念陈旧,过于注重给学生传授语文知识,忽略学生的人格和生命发展。语文是一门与生活最为接近的学科,它不仅内容丰富多彩,而且富有生活情趣,因此,作为一名语文教师,必须关注学生的人文精神培养,让语文教学平等,充满民主,让快乐充盈小学语文课堂。下面是我的几点浅显体会,仅供大家参考。
As a primary school language teacher, I often hear such complaints: children are now learning enthusiasm really bad, they are not interested in learning, learning inefficient. In fact, this teaching has a great relationship with our teachers, because we obsolete teaching concept, too much emphasis on imparting language knowledge to students, ignoring the student’s personality and life development. As a language teacher, we must pay attention to cultivating students’ humanistic spirit, making Chinese teaching equal, full of democracy, and happy to fill the gap between primary and secondary schools Chinese class.
