实验测定了丙烷在一段长度1550 mm,内径6 mm的水平管内两相流动摩擦压降特性.实验测试的质量流量范围62~104 kg·m~(-2)s~(-1),压力范围0.13~0.44 MPa.,含气率范围0~1.实验结果表明,摩擦压降随质量流率的上升而增大.随饱和压力的上升而减小,而含气率的影响规律则呈现先升后降的趋势.将实验数据与已有文献模型的计算结果进行比较发现,M(u|¨)ller-Steinhagen&Heck模型的预测结果最好,其平均绝对偏差为18.63%;Lockhart&Martinelli模型的预测结果也较好.其平均绝对偏差约为31.46%.
The frictional pressure drop characteristics of propane in a horizontal tube with a length of 1550 mm and an inner diameter of 6 mm were measured experimentally.The mass flow range was 62 ~ 104 kg · m ~ (-2) s ~ (-1) and the pressure range 0.13 ~ 0.44 MPa. The gas bearing range is 0 ~ 1. The experimental results show that the friction pressure drop increases with the increase of mass flow rate, decreases with the increase of saturation pressure, and the influence law of gas content The results show that the prediction results of M (u | ¨) ller-Steinhagen & Heck model are the best with the average absolute deviation of 18.63%. The prediction results of the Lockhart & Martinelli model are compared with those of the existing literature model. Also better.The average absolute deviation is about 31.46%.
