教师应该怎样成长?是成为“通才”还是成为“专才”?本刊第六期《用“通才”的眼光看教师》就这个问题进行过探讨。文章发表后,引起广泛关注。其实“,通才”和“专才”之争,不只关乎教师的成长方向,更关乎教师的培养模式。本期我们发表一些老师对这个问题的看法,意在将讨论引向深入。老师们的观点见仁见智,怎样看待“通才教师”“、通才”应该怎样培养“、通才”与“专才”的关系,等等,是这次讨论最引人注目的地方。
How should teachers grow? Is it a “generalist” or an “expert”? This issue was discussed in the sixth issue of “Seeing Teachers with the Eyes of Generalists.” After the article was published, it attracted widespread attention. In fact, the “generalists” and “specialists” are not only concerned with the direction of teachers’ growth, but also are related to the training mode of teachers. In this issue we publish some teachers’ views on this issue, which are intended to lead the discussion further. The opinions of teachers are astonishing.
