目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的诊断价值。方法:将我院通过彩色多普勒超声检查的100例脐带绕颈胎儿与临床分娩结果进行对照分析。结果:彩色多普勒超声检查的100例脐带绕颈胎儿,产时有脐带绕颈96例,诊断符合率96%。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈准确率较高,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck. Methods: In our hospital through color Doppler ultrasound examination of 100 cases of umbilical cord around the neck fetus and clinical results of childbirth were compared. Results: 100 cases of umbilical cord around the neck fetus were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography. There were 96 cases of umbilical cord around the neck in the time of birth, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 96%. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cord around the neck with high accuracy, has important clinical value.
