目的:以悬液定量杀菌试验观察一种含氯消毒剂对杀灭细菌芽胞的效果及稳定性。方法:用原浓度为6.47%的含氯消毒剂,以悬液定量杀菌试验对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞进行杀灭效果观察。结果:观察以浓度为含有效氯6000mg/L的消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用15分钟杀灭率达100%;浓度为合有效氯4000mg/L对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用15分钟,杀灭率均达100%;浓度为含有效氯2000mg/L对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用20分钟,杀灭率均达100%。芽胞悬液中含25%或50%小牛血清时作用40分钟或80分钟杀灭率达100%。结论:该含氯消毒剂性能稳定,可有效杀灭细菌芽胞。
Objective: To observe the effect and stability of a chlorine disinfectant to kill bacterial spores by quantitative suspension test. Methods: The killing effect of Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores was observed by the quantitative disinfection test of suspension with 6.47% chlorine disinfectant. Results: It was observed that the killing rate of Bacillus subtilis var. Albicans was 100% when the concentration of disinfectant containing 6000mg / L of effective chlorine was 15 minutes. The concentration of available chlorine was 4000mg / L for 15 minutes for Bacillus subtilis var. Off rate reached 100%; the concentration of available chlorine 2000mg / L of Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores for 20 minutes, the killing rate reached 100%. Spore suspension containing 25% or 50% bovine serum for 40 minutes or 80 minutes to kill rate of 100%. Conclusion: The chlorine disinfectant has stable performance and can effectively kill bacterial spores.
