目的:探讨老化过程中 T 淋巴细胞功能的变化规律。方法:以 620 例不同年龄的在职与离退休男性职工为研究对象,应用生物测定法检测了外周血 T 淋巴细胞丝裂原反应性、血浆 I L2 活性和 s I L2 R 的表达。结果:①外周血 T 淋巴细胞丝裂原反应性随增龄而下降,与年龄呈明显负相关关系(r= - 0595 4, P< 0000 1);②血浆 I L2 活性也随增龄而下降,与年龄也呈明显的负相关关系(r= - 0352 2, P< 0000 1);③50 岁以上年龄组 s I L2 R 表达水平随增龄有增高趋势,50~59岁组s I L2 R 表达水平增高最明显。④相关检验表明,外周血 T 淋巴细胞丝裂原反应性与血浆 I L2活性呈明显的正相关关系。结论:老龄人群 T 淋巴细胞转化和分泌功能均明显下降。
Objective: To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte function during aging. Methods: 620 working and retired male employees of different ages were selected as the research objects. The bioactivity of mitochondria, T lymphocyte activity and IL-2R in peripheral blood were detected by bioassay . Results: (1) The mitogenic reactivity of peripheral blood T lymphocytes decreased with increasing age, but negatively correlated with age (r = - 0595 4, P <0000 1). ② Plasma I L2 activity (R = - 0352 2, P <0000 1). ③The expression level of s I L2 R in the age group of 50 years old increased with the increase of age Increasing trend, 50 ~ 59-year-old group s I L 2 R expression increased most significantly. ④ The correlation test showed that peripheral blood T lymphocytes mitogen reactivity and plasma I L 2 activity was significantly positive correlation. CONCLUSION: The transformation and secretion of T lymphocytes in aging population are obviously decreased.
