Tea is an evergreen shrub or tree whose origin centers in a vast area extending from northeast India to central China. Sealy divided the tea into two major categories: Chinese tea and Assam tea. Chinese tea is more cold-tolerant than Assam, and it is a leaf-shrub that probably originated in China. Healey believes that tea is wild wild in the southwestern part of Yunnan. Assam tea is a tree with large, thin leaves that starts in the Assh region and passes through Myanmar and Indochina to the vast warmth of southern China, including Hainan. However, there may be overlap between the two kinds of tea, and people hold different opinions about whether they have different origins. The earliest tea cultivation sites are not clear either in Southeast Asia, in southwestern China, Tibet, or elsewhere? It is unclear who the original growers of tea are. In ancient China, water appeared to be a daily drink for ordinary civilians. The vast majority of beverages brewed from cereals are also served at the dinner, sacrifices or the like
