在采用钻头震动波的方法进行丛式井浅层防碰监测时,迫切需要掌握钻头破岩时在井底产生的冲击震动波在地层中的传播规律,为准确预警报警提供理论依据。本文选取钻井过程中最常遇到的砂岩地层作为研究对象,从幅值、频率两方面分析了冲击震动波在砂岩介质中的传播规律。结果表明:砂岩冲击震动波信号幅值与其传播距离呈负指数关系衰减,呈初始衰减快、一定距离后衰减明显减弱的特征;同时呈现出高频段衰减快,低频段衰减较慢,且可以长距离传播的特征。为进一步研究冲击响应特征与井间距之间的关系奠定了理论基础。
When using the method of bit vibrating wave to conduct shallow wells anti-collision monitoring of cluster wells, it is urgent to grasp the propagation rules of the shock wave generated in the bottom hole when the bit breaks rock and provide a theoretical basis for accurate warning. In this paper, the most commonly encountered sandstone formations in the drilling process are selected as the research object, and the propagation rules of shock and vibration waves in sandstone media are analyzed from the aspects of amplitude and frequency. The results show that the amplitude of sandstone shock and vibration wave decays exponentially with its propagation distance, which shows the characteristics of fast initial attenuation and declining attenuation after a certain distance. At the same time, the attenuation of high frequency band is fast and the attenuation of low frequency band is slow Distance characteristics. Which lays a theoretical foundation for further study of the relationship between impact response characteristics and well spacing.
