目的探讨端粒酶.bc1-2,P16与P53及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法分别采用%loreeraser PCRELISA试剂盒和免疫组化S-P法检测55例脑胶质瘤标本和if-常对照组10例标本的端粒酶活性表达及ki-67蛋白的表达的结果35例胶质标本q-,端粒酶和ki-67蛋白表达阳性率分别为74.2%(26/35)和80.0%(28/35):显著高于I~II级(16.7%)的表达强度(P<0.01)。结论p16和P53、PCNA蛋白表达异常可用以判断人脑胶质瘤的生物学行为。端粒酶活性可以作为脑胶质瘤的恶性标记之.测定胶质瘤端粒酶活性对其诊断及预后判断具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of telomerase .bc1-2, P16 and P53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in human glioma. Methods The expression of telomerase activity and ki-67 protein in 10 specimens of 55 cases of glioma and if-normal control group were detected by% loreeraser PCRELISA kit and immunohistochemical SP method respectively. The positive rates of q-, telomerase and ki-67 protein expression were 74.2% (26/35) and 80.0% (28/35), respectively, which were significantly higher than those of grade I to II (16.7%) (P < 0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of p16 and P53 and PCNA may be used to judge the biological behavior of human glioma. Telomerase activity can be used as a malignant marker of glioma.The determination of glioma telomerase activity has important value in diagnosis and prognosis.
