受结构性缺编、教师流动等因素影响,部分小学专职体育教师严重缺乏。为落实国家开全课程,开足课时的要求,曾教语文、数学课程的教师转行教了体育。这些非科班出身的兼职体育教师要想上好体育课,学校要加强对兼职体育教师的管理、培养工作,兼职体育教师要从理论、实践上向专业化教师方向迈进。这是保证学校体育教学顺利进行、教学质量稳步提高的重要途径。
