研究了地沟油和甲醇在三段式反应器中固定化脂肪酶上合成生物柴油。对地沟油的酸值、皂化值以及水含量进行了检测。考察了进料流速、溶剂、水含量对反映的影响。在40℃,正己烷作溶剂,添加水含量为地沟油质量的20%,每一段反应器中添加的甲醇与地沟油的摩尔比为1∶1时,生物柴油产率为94%。
Study on the synthesis of biodiesel from waste oil and methanol catalyzed by immobilized lipase in a three-stage reactor. The waste oil acid value, saponification value and water content were tested. The effects of feed flow rate, solvent and water content on the reaction were investigated. At 40 ℃, n-hexane was used as the solvent, water was added to make up 20% of the quality of the waste oil, and the biodiesel yield was 94% when the molar ratio of methanol to waste oil added in each reactor was 1: 1.
