论述了生产C70自密实混凝土的技术途径、材料选择及工程应用。选用减水率较高的聚羧酸系高效减水剂及多级配骨料复合使用的技术路线来减少用水量及水泥用量,确保不掺活性材料的情况下,用600kg以内的胶凝材料生产C70自密实混凝土,保证了C70自密实混凝土的体积稳定性,同时60d混凝土抗压强度达到85MPa以上,混凝土扩展度达到650mm以上、倒流时间15s以内、试验泵送压力200kN以内,达到C70自密实混凝土泵送效果。该试验研究结果在七星模根加固柱工程中得到了成功的应用,为公司取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,为使用常规化材料及生产工艺生产高强度自密实混凝土摸索出经验。
The technical approach, material selection and engineering application of C70 self-compacting concrete are discussed. Use of high water reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer and multi-level aggregate with the use of technology to reduce the amount of water and cement dosage to ensure that the case of not mixed with the active material, with less than 600kg of cementitious material C70 self-compacting concrete is produced to ensure the volume stability of C70 self-compacting concrete. At the same time, the compressive strength of concrete at 60d reaches over 85MPa, the concrete spreading reaches over 650mm, the backflow time is within 15s, the pumping pressure under test is within 200kN, Concrete pumping effect. The results of this experiment have been successfully applied to the Qixing mold root reinforcement project, which has brought good social and economic benefits to the Company and gained experience for producing high-strength self-compacting concrete using conventional materials and production processes.
