社会主义市场经济体制在我国已经基本建立,我国的医疗卫生体制的改革也在不断深化。目前我国的经济已经进入了全球化的轨道,医院的竞争越来越激烈,经营理念也在不断更新。在这种新形势之下,就要求医院加强内部的管理。所以,医院的经营管理对于医院今后的生存和发展显得至关重要。文章主要针对医疗体制改革之后我国的医院的经营管理方面存在的问题进行论述,并提出了相应的对策。
The socialist market economic system has basically been established in our country and the reform of the medical and health system in our country is also deepening. At present, the economy of our country has entered the track of globalization. The competition in the hospital is getting fiercer and the management concept is constantly updated. Under this new situation, hospitals are required to strengthen their internal management. Therefore, the operation and management of the hospital is crucial to the survival and development of the hospital in the future. The article mainly discusses the existing problems in the operation and management of hospitals in our country after the medical system reform, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
