十味败毒汤和二甲胺四环素对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抗脂酶作用

在PYG(蛋白胨-酵母-葡萄糖)-三丁酸甘油酯培养基里分别添加十味败毒汤(5,10mg/ml)和二甲胺四环素(0.5,1μg/ml),或两种药物共同添加,分别在各培养基上接种痤疮丙酸杆菌,通过气相色谱法测定产生的丁酸和丙酸量。结果,痤疮丙酸杆菌在添加十味败毒汤和二甲胺四环素的培养基上产生的丙酸和丁酸量的降低程度比二药单独添加组更明显,表明二药在抗脂酶方面 Decoction (5,10 mg / ml) and minocycline (0.5,1 μg / ml) were added to PYG (peptone-yeast-dextrose) -butyric acid glyceride medium or both drugs Additions were separately inoculated with P. acnes on each medium and the amount of butyric acid and propionic acid produced was determined by gas chromatography.
