目前市场上的腹腔镜手术剪的主要问题为手持稳定性较差。本文对两种腹腔镜手术剪刀头建立了数学模型,并对刀头与工具控制部受力、行程的关系进行了计算分析;其次,针对手持稳定性的缺陷提出了两用扳机式的握把,并通过手部尺寸回归方程对主要尺寸进行了计算分析;最后,依据操作者的手部人机尺寸和操作习惯,对不同的腹腔镜手术剪刀头匹配了不同的扳机工作方式。经过再设计的腹腔镜手术剪在使用时增加了手持稳定性,扩大了操作范围及灵活度,减少了长时间举臂疲劳和尺侧偏的产生,最终提高了腹腔镜手术工作的效率。
The main problem with laparoscopic surgical scissors on the market today is poor hand-held stability. In this paper, the mathematical model of two kinds of laparoscopic scissors head was established, and the relationship between the force and stroke of the head and the tool control part was calculated and analyzed. Secondly, a dual-purpose trigger grip was proposed to deal with the defect of hand- , And the main dimensions were calculated and analyzed by hand size regression equation. Finally, different laparoscopic scissors heads were matched with different triggering modes according to the operator’s hand size and operating habit. The redesigned laparoscopic surgical scissors increase hand-held stability during use, expanding the operating range and flexibility, reducing prolonged lifting arm fatigue and ulnar deviation, and ultimately improve the efficiency of laparoscopic surgery.
