为提高对内外管压差流量计压力损失的认识,为流量计的优化设计提供一个重要基础,进行了关键因素对内外管压差流量计压损影响的Fluent仿真试验研究。定义了内外管压差流量计的等效直径比。在水为介质的情况下,设计了不同参数(等效直径比、异径比、雷诺数)下共计20组模型,从永久压损和压损比2个角度进行分析对比。
In order to improve the understanding of the pressure loss of the differential pressure meter with internal and external pressure, an important foundation for the optimal design of the flowmeter is provided. The Fluent simulation study on the influence of the key factors on the pressure loss of the differential pressure meter is carried out. The definition of the internal and external pressure differential flowmeter equivalent diameter ratio. In the case of water, a total of 20 models with different parameters (equivalent diameter ratio, diameter ratio, Reynolds number) were designed and compared from two aspects of permanent pressure loss and pressure loss ratio.
