生物组织中同功酶的电泳分析技术,已广泛应用于生物分类、遗传变异分析和疾病诊断等方面。近年来,许多学者对杨树过氧化物同功酶的研究表明,各种杨树都有特定的同功酶谱。这就为鉴定各种杨树,研究它们的亲缘关系提供了新的方法。杨树是新疆最普遍的速生树种,种类较多,形态鉴定有不少困难。因此,我们用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,分析了29种杨树的过氧化物同功酶,并利用数学方法,电子计算机,对三个派的19种杨树的同功酶谱进行了主分量分析。初步探讨了杨树各派的酶谱特点及各派间的关系。
Electrophoretic analysis of isoenzyme in biological tissues has been widely used in taxonomy, genetic variation analysis and disease diagnosis. In recent years, many scholars on poplar peroxidase isozymes research shows that all poplar has a specific zymogram. This provides a new way of identifying poplars and studying their kinship. Poplar is the most prevalent in Xinjiang rapid-growing tree species, more species, there are many morphological identification difficulties. Therefore, we used polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to analyze peroxidase isoenzymes from 29 poplar species. Using the mathematical method and computer, the isozymes of 19 poplar species from three sects were studied Principal component analysis. The characteristics of zymogram and relations among factions in poplar trees were discussed tentatively.
