在考虑隧道喷混凝土支护厚度等随机变量和徐变因素的影响下,采用试验和理论相结合的方法研究了加载龄期对早龄期喷混凝土徐变性能的影响,推导了考虑徐变时支护变形及内力的计算公式。计算采用可靠度分析中的蒙特卡罗法来计算功能函数的失效概率和可靠度指标,并进行了工程实例分析。结果表明,理论计算与实际情况相符,证明了该支护安全性评价方法的有效性。且应力水平较高时,徐变对支护产生不利影响,计算时应予以考虑。
Under the influence of random variables and creep factors such as the thickness of tunnel shotcrete support, the effect of loading age on the creep properties of early-age shotcrete was studied by a combination of experimental and theoretical analysis. Support deformation and internal force calculation formula. The calculation uses the Monte Carlo method in reliability analysis to calculate the failure probability and reliability index of functional function, and carries out engineering case analysis. The results show that the theoretical calculation is consistent with the actual situation, which proves the effectiveness of this method.
