微波与X线联合辐射的实验研究——对小鼠血液系统的影响(浙医大研究生学位论文)

本文研究了低强度微波与X线的“联合效应”,以便为制定微波与X线联合暴露的职业卫生标准积累资料。选用8~10周龄,体重在19~24克的BALB/C小鼠48只,根据随机区组原则,分成4组,每组12只,雌雄各半,分别接受单X线(X线组)、单微波(微波组)、微波与X线联合(联合组)辐射及假辐射。微波辐射:以920型雷达为辐射源,微波频率3GHz,脉冲重复频率937Hz,脉冲宽度1.2μS。辐射时,将小鼠单个地关在特制的有机玻璃笼内,使其长轴沿E极化方向,暴露于喇叭天线下方105cm处(近区场);为同时适合联合组的辐射要求,在此水平线上放置与喇叭天线垂直的X线球管。以球管窗为圆心、半径约80cm的弧形区上,选定12个动物暴露点,功率密度为3~4.8mW/cm~2。X线辐射:以30~58型移动式X光机为X线辐射源,工作电压60KV,工作电流1mA,辐射时以5秒工作对5秒休息的定时继电器自动控制,间隙开机,小鼠放置同上。X线剂量用热释光剂量(TLD)法测量,X线累积剂量11天为12.0R、6周为63.9R、9周为124.1R、10周为151.0R。联合辐射:小鼠被放置上述相同位置,雷达与X线机同时开启,其强度、剂量与上述单暴露组相同。三组辐射均在同一辐射室内进行,用空调机控制室温在 20±2℃。假辐射:小鼠关笼同上,但安放于无微波和X线辐射的隔离室内,其他条件与辐射组相同。各组动物每天辐射1.5小时,错开辐射时间,每周6天,共10周。 This article examines the “combined effect” of low-intensity microwaves and X-rays in order to accumulate data for the development of occupational hygiene standards for combined microwave and X-ray exposure. 48 BALB / C mice aged 8 ~ 10 weeks and weighing 19 ~ 24 g were divided into 4 groups according to the principle of random block. The X-ray dose was measured by the thermoluminescence dose (TLD) method. The cumulative dose of X-ray was 12.0R for 11 days, 63.9R for 6 weeks, 124.1R for 9 weeks and 151.0R for 10 weeks. Combined radiation: The mice were placed in the same position as described above, and the radios were switched on simultaneously with the X-ray machine at the same intensity and dose as the single exposure group described above. Three groups of radiation are conducted in the same radiation room, air conditioner control room temperature at 20 ± 2 ℃. Mimic radiation: Mice cage as above, but placed in isolation room without microwave and X-ray radiation, the other conditions are the same with the radiation group. Each group of animals irradiated 1.5 hours a day, staggered radiation time, 6 days a week for a total of 10 weeks.
