2013年8月,我正式成为10号楼的一员。来到机关一年半的时间,有两项活动让我很受教育和启发,让我对成长有了新的认识。一项是“走转改”大宣传大调研活动后的机关第45次年轻干部学习交流会,宜智同志语重心长的讲话和几位同志接地气的精彩发言都给刚进机关的我留下了深刻的印象。另一项就是2014年下半年以来开展的“团干部如何健康成长”大讨论活动。从当面聆听书记处同志的教诲,到身边榜样的成长分享,再到小伙伴们
