贪污受贿是伴随人类经济社会的发展而存在的现象,本文通过对贪污受贿案例的研究,分析了此类犯罪的特点,运用概率树等原理对发生成本和几率从经济学的角度进行了分析,最后指出经济根源仍然是此类型犯罪最直接、最现实、最根本的原因,预防贪污受贿,必须从提高查处力度和提高犯罪成本这两个最根本原因做起。
Corruption and bribery is a phenomenon that exists along with the development of human society and economy. Based on the study of cases of corruption and bribery, this paper analyzes the characteristics of such crimes, analyzes the cost and probability of occurrence from the perspective of economics by using the principle of probability tree, Finally, it points out that the economic root cause is still the most direct, the most realistic and the most fundamental reason for this type of crime. To prevent corruption and bribery, we must start from the two most fundamental reasons for improving the investigation and raising the crime cost.
