[目的]褐环乳牛肝菌作为针叶树种上重要的外生真菌,为宿主植物提供着重要的营养元素和水分,然而,对于该菌为宿主植物提供磷营养元素的机制尚不清楚。磷酸盐转运蛋白PHO84参与磷酸盐的调控系统,在磷酸盐转运过程以及细胞信号转导过程中发挥着重要作用。[方法]基于酿酒酵母中已经报道的PHO84序列,对褐环乳牛肝菌蛋白质数据库进行Blastp比对以及关键词搜索,以及生物信息学分析。[结果]该菌中存在3个PHO84,上述PHO84含有9~12不等的跨膜结构域,均为疏水性蛋白,均定位于细胞质膜上。[结论]该研究为进一步解析外生真菌为宿主植物提供磷营养的机制提供理论支持,也为进一步开展其他磷酸盐转运蛋白的研究提供理论指导。
[Objective] As a major epiphytic fungus in coniferous species, Bornloe can provide vital nutrients and water for host plants. However, the mechanism of supplying P nutrients to host plants is unclear. Phosphate transporter PHO84 involved in the regulation of phosphate system, in the phosphate transport process and cell signaling plays an important role. [Method] Based on the published sequence of PHO84 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the Blastp comparison and keyword search of Born brown albacore protein database were carried out, and the bioinformatics analysis was carried out. [Result] There were three PHO84 in the bacterium, and the above PHO84 contained 9-12 transmembrane domains, both of which were hydrophobic proteins and localized on the plasma membrane. [Conclusion] This study provided theoretical support for further elucidation of the mechanism of phosphorus supply by host fungi as host plants, and provided theoretical guidance for the further study of other phosphate transporters.
