以Reid群、Non-Reid群和DOM群骨干自交系PH6WC、郑58、PH09B、J9D207、PHB1M、PH4CV、A87、S122和丹340为材料,按群体间与群体内共组配9个基础材料,并分别自交形成S_0、S_1、S_2和S_3 4个世代,用于单倍体诱导率及加倍率的研究。用高频诱导系JS96对骨干自交系及4个世代自交材料进行了单倍体杂交诱导,用秋水仙素对不同世代的单倍体种子进行了加倍处理。结果表明:不同类群骨干自交系诱导率差异显著,Reid群、Non-Reid群诱导率较高。群体间组配的基础材料的诱导率和加倍率高于群体内组配的基础材料。群体间组配的基础材料的诱导率高低依次为郑58×J9D207>S122×PHB1M>PH6WC×A87;加倍率依次为郑58×J9D207>PH6WC×A87>S122×PHB1M。群体内组配的基础材料的诱导率依次为Reid群>Non-Reid群>DOM群;加倍率依次为Reid群>DOM群>Non-Reid群。不同自交后代的平均诱导率,S_0代最高,S_3代最低;不同自交后代的平均加倍率,S_2代最高,S_1代最低。
The Reid population, Non-Reid population and DOM population inbred lines PH6WC, Zheng 58, PH09B, J9D207, PHB1M, PH4CV, A87, S122 and Dan 340 were used as materials. , And were selfing to form S_0, S_1, S_2 and S_3 four generations for haploid induction rate and doubling rate of the study. High-frequency induction line JS96 was used to induce haploid inbred lines and four generations of selfing materials. Double haploid seeds of different generations were treated with colchicine. The results showed that there were significant differences in induction rates between different groups of backcross inbred lines, and the Reid group and Non-Reid group had higher inducibility. The induction rate and doubling rate of the basic materials assembled in the group were higher than those in the group. The induction rates of basic materials between groups were as follows: Zheng58 × J9D207> S122 × PHB1M> PH6WC × A87; the doubling rates were Zheng 58 × J9D207> PH6WC × A87> S122 × PHB1M. The results showed that the induction rates of basic materials in the groups were Reid group> Non-Reid group> DOM group, followed by Reid group> DOM group> Non-Reid group. The average induction rate of different selfing offspring was the highest in S_0 generation and the lowest in S_3 generation. The average doubling rate in different selfing offspring was the highest in S_2 generation and the lowest in S_1 generation.
