目的:建立简便易行的硫酸盐定量分析方法,以便药检单位有效控制中药饮片的质量。方法:以穿山甲和石斛为动物药和植物药样本代表,进行紫外分光光度测定法的建立,并将该方法广泛用于20多种含硫酸盐中药饮片的测定。结果:硫酸盐在5.0~250.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994);穿山甲硫酸盐含量为78.1mg.g-1,平均回收率(n=9)为99.2%;石斛硫酸盐含量为120.7mg.g-1,平均回收率(n=9)为98.8%。结论:本测定方法简便、快速,准确性和重复性好,具有推广于其它药检所的前景。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a simple and easy-to-use sulphate quantitative analysis method in order to effectively control the quality of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces. Methods: Pangolin and Dendrobium were taken as representatives of animal medicine and botanical drug samples, and UV spectrophotometry was established. The method was widely used in the determination of more than 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine tablets containing sulfate. Results: Sulfate showed a good linearity (r = 0.9994) in the range of 5.0-250.0 μg, the average recovery (n = 9) was 99.2% and the pomegranate sulfate content was 78.1 mg.g-1. The content of sulfate was 120.7 mg.g-1, the average recovery (n = 9) was 98.8%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and has the prospect of promotion in other drug testing institutes.
