采用4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL2000)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、辛酸亚锡(T-9)、食用盐等原料,通过填充法制得高密度形状记忆聚氨酯泡沫材料,表征并测试了其形貌特征、热性能、力学性能及形状记忆性能。研究结果表明:采用填充法制备高密度形状记忆聚氨酯泡沫加工工艺简单、易操作,泡沫具有高密度(0.65g/cm~3)、高压缩强度(0.37MPa)和优异的形状记忆性能。
Using raw materials such as 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), polycaprolactone diol (PCL2000), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), stannous octoate (T-9) The shape and properties, thermal properties, mechanical properties and shape memory properties of high density shape memory polyurethane foam were obtained by filling method. The results show that the process of preparation of high density shape memory polyurethane foam by filling method is simple and easy to operate. The foam has high density (0.65g / cm ~ 3), high compressive strength (0.37MPa) and excellent shape memory performance.
