随着病理学的发展,对软骨母细胞瘤的认识也有不同的概念。远在1928年,Ewing在骨肿瘤的分类中,称它为“钙化性巨细胞瘤”。Cadman认为这种肿瘤最多见于肱骨上端的近结节处,称之为“骨骺软骨性巨细胞瘤”。直至1942年,Jaffe等认为它与骨巨细胞瘤毫无共同之处,不应放在骨巨细胞瘤内,而是一种独特的肿瘤。根据肿瘤的特性,Jaffe等定名为“良性软骨母细胞瘤”。软骨母细胞瘤系来自骨骺未成熟的软骨细胞,是一种少见的原发性良性骨肿瘤。目前国外文献报道有700余例。国内也陆续报道,自1972年以来我院共收治12例,均为病理证实,现就其临床,X线表现,诊断及治疗方法进行分析,报告如下: With the development of pathology, understanding of chondroblastoma has different concepts. As far back as 1928, Ewing called it “calcification giant cell tumor” in the classification of bone tumors. Cadman believes that this type of tumor is most commonly seen in the proximal nodule of the humerus, which is called “bone cystic cartilage giant cell tumor.” Until 1942, Jaffe et al thought that it had nothing in common with giant cell tumor of bone and should not be placed in the giant cell tumor of bone, but rather a unique tumor. According to the characteristics of the tumor, Jaffe et al. named it “benign chondroblastoma.” Chondroblastoma is a rare primary benign bone tumor that is derived from immature chondrocytes of callus. At present, there are more than 700 cases reported in foreign literature. It has also been reported successively in China that 12 cases have been treated in our hospital since 1972.
