通过水热法制备了棒状钒酸铋/氧化石墨烯(BiVO4/GO)复合可见光光催化剂。用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、Raman光谱和紫外–可见漫反射光谱表征了所制备的样品。在可见光(λ≥420nm)光照下光催化降解亚甲基蓝水溶液来检测样品的活性。结果表明:氧化石墨烯的加入有效地提高了BiVO4的可见光光催化活性,含1%(质量分数)的氧化石墨烯的复合光催化剂活性最好。BiVO4/GO活性增强的原因是氧化石墨烯能快速捕获并转移光生电子,有效提高BiVO4光生载流子的分离效率,从而提高其光催化活性。
The rod-like bismuth vanadate / graphene oxide (BiVO4 / GO) composite visible light photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method. The prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue aqueous solution in the visible light (λ ≥ 420nm) light to detect the sample activity. The results show that the addition of graphene oxide can effectively increase the visible light photocatalytic activity of BiVO4. The composite photocatalyst containing 1% (mass fraction) graphene oxide has the best activity. The reason for the enhanced activity of BiVO4 / GO is that graphene oxide can rapidly capture and transfer photoelectrons, which can effectively improve the separation efficiency of BiVO4 photogenerated carriers and enhance their photocatalytic activity.
