白内障是指晶状体混浊引起的一种眼病,多发生于50岁以上的老年人。研究表明,白内障的发生与日常饮食中缺乏维生素C、维生素E和微量元素锌、硒有关。白内障的形成是眼晶体蛋白氧化成不透明斑膜的过程。而维生素C和E是一种强力的抗氧化剂,能阻止或延缓白内障的进展。维生素C又是眼球晶体成分之一,严重缺乏时,易致晶体混浊,引发白内障。微量元素锌在人体的眼中含量很高,锌是构成多种酶的原料之一,以维持正常视力功能。硒与白内障
