近来在曲轴模锻压力机的传动装置中,对于从动质量运动的传递,已采用行星减速器实现其工作过程的启动和停车。行星传动在启动和停车时,与摩擦离合器启动时的情况不同。分析研究行星传动模锻压力机工作状况是采用实验一研究、拟订转模过程基本参数的方法。实验是在改装的160kN曲柄压力机上进行的,用行星减速器代替刚性联轴器,并将制动结构作了相应改变(如图)。启动和停车由两阶段组成。第一阶段:对齿轮6的外圆进行制动直至停止,与主执行机
Recently in the crankshaft forging press transmission, for the transmission of driven mass motion, a planetary reducer has been used to start and stop its working process.
