应用导向型教学是为了提高法科生自觉运用法学知识分析、研究、解决法律事务能力的一种教学模式。它能满足教育部对地方高校法学本科教育的教学目标、应用价值、比较优势的设定要求。立法学课程在应用导向型教学改革中,经过组织实施阶段、交流提升阶段、总结反馈阶段的演进,得出关于相应的教学经验总结与思考。
Application-oriented teaching is to improve the law students to consciously use legal knowledge to analyze, study, solve the legal affairs ability of a teaching mode.
